Our Back to School Night is tomorrow, Tuesday August 6th, from 5:45 to 7:30 pm. This year, our teachers will hold presentations as a collaborative team in either the Gym or the Theater. The times and locations of the presentations are listed below. When not presenting, our teachers will have their rooms open for viewing and for general questions.
While this event's target audience is parents, your child is welcome to attend with you. Every child will bring home a copy of their classes and our campus map in case you would like to attend alone. Please note, Back to School Night is a time dedicated to seeing your child's learning environment and getting to know about overall expectations from your child's teachers. Questions pertaining to individual students should be reserved for Parent/Teacher conferences (coming up at the end of this month).
Presentation Schedule:
Welcome Address in the gym from 5:45 - 5:50 pm
Art, Music, and PE Program Presentation in the gym from 5:50 - 6:05 pm
Grade 6 presentation in the Theater from 6:10 - 6:25 pm
Grade 7 presentation in the Theater from 6:35 - 6:50 pm
Grade 8 presentation in the Theater from 7:10 - 7:25 pm
Open Classroom Schedule (you are welcome to pop into any open classroom):
Counseling Center (B1) is open from 6:00 - 7:30 pm
Art, Music, and PE/gym is open from 6:30 - 7:30 pm
Grade 6 classes are open from 6:30 - 7:30 pm
Grade 7 classes are open from 6:00 - 6:30 pm and again from 7:00 - 7:30 pm
Grade 8 classes are open from 6:00 - 7:00 pm
